Summer Pasta

Garden greens, herbs and fresh tomatoes can be mixed and matched with what’s fresh from your market/garden….this was what I used this week.

chives, beet greens, oregano, and basil…all chopped, picked or chiffonade-ed as you like

a couple fresh tomatoes diced

Al dente spaghetti 

Use the same pot you used for the pasta (now draining in the sink) on medium heat.

 Huck in some olive oil, tomatoes and the green stuff and mix it around for a couple minutes 

Add pasta and mix until there are little bits of everything everywhere.

 Serve it up with fresh grated parm.
